Winter Challenge Video Entries

Here’s How:

1) Make one, 30-60 second video announcement showing how to either:

Move More (be more active),

Eat More Colors (fruits and vegetables), or

Turn Off the Screen (video games, computer, t.v.)

2) Log in to http://youtube.com. Sign in with the username: gcpfsvt and the password: 1fitness22. Click on the upload link, and upload button, to upload your video. Name your video with: your title _ your name (example: “snowfun_JaneSmith”). Provide this entire video name on your application. Leave the other fields blank.

3) Click here to download an application!

Complete the application and send by email to:

4) Ask people to vote for your video on the vermontfitness.org contest page.
